A few days ago, a surprising leak suggested that Samsung could open pre-orders for its highly anticipated Galaxy S25 lineup on January 5, sparking speculation about plans for an early launch on the same day . . . . This is in line with Samsung’s habit of advancing its launch dates year after year, but today, new details have emerged that shake things up.
According to two different sources at X , Samsung might actually unveil the Galaxy S25 series later in January. One report citing Korean media points to January 23 as the launch date, while another insider says the event is set for January 22. Both dates could be correct due to timing due to policy changes—an evening launch on January 22 in the US. Will align with the January 23rd announcement in Korea.
Samsung hasn’t confirmed the exact date yet, so it’s still open to speculation. Do you want to start in early or late January? Let us know what you think!
Interestingly, one of these leaks also suggests that the rumored Galaxy S25 Slim could debut alongside the standard S25 model, although earlier rumors suggest a later release. If confirmed, this would mark a notable expansion of the lineup on launch day, with the Galaxy S25, S25 Plus, S25 Ultra, and S25 Slim all debuting together
Stay tuned while we wait for official confirmation from Samsung. It’s shaping up to be an exciting January for Galaxy fans!
